Cheesy Baked Egg Casserole
Cheesy Baked Egg Casserole made with eggs, milk and three different kinds of cheese. Perfect baked breakfast casserole recipe with tons of protein!
- 7 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp sugar
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese cubed and softened
- 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 2/3 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk and sugar. Add cheeses and melted butter and mix well. Mix in flour and baking powder and then pour into a 9X13 pan (or other 3 quart casserole dish) that has been greased with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Slice and serve.
