ORANGE JUICE BUNDT CAKE
Orange Juice Bundt Cake made with a cake mix, orange juice and a few other basic ingredients. Topped with a buttery orange glaze, this delicious orange juice cake recipe is absolutely decadent!
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz box)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil (canola, vegetable, coconut, etc)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Preheat your oven to 350° F and prepare your bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and lightly flour it.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix for about 2 minutes with an electric mixer.
Pour the batter into your prepared bundt pan and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and come out clean.
When the cake has finished, transfer it to a cooling rack. Let it cool for 10 minutes inside the pan before flipping onto a wire cooling rack to finish cooling.
To make the glaze:
Combine the sugar, orange juice, and butter in a saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until the glaze begins to boil. Boil for 2 minutes and then remove from heat.
Pour your glaze over the cake and let set before serving.
