Ingredients

  • 10 frozen hash brown patties
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup cubed pre-cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Place hash brown patties in single layer covering the bottom of a greased 9X13 pan.
  • Pour melted butter evenly over the hash brown patties. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
  • Sprinkle the ham and cheese over the hash brown layer.
  • Beat the eggs in large bowl and add the milk and salt. Stir until well combined. Pour egg mixture over the cheese and ham and bake for about 30-40 more minutes, or until egg mixture is completely set in the middle. Let it set for about 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
