  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 5 oz. container plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 375°. Spray a 9X13 (or other baking dish) with non-stick cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in pan.
  • Combine yogurt, Parmesan cheese and seasonings and then evenly spread over the top of the chicken.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through and the topping is lightly browned. (If you can't tell if the chicken is done, use a meat thermometer and make sure the internal temp of the chicken is at 165°.) Serve immediately.
