- 20 large marshmallows
- 1 cup white chocolate
- gold sprinkles
- 20 straws or pop sticks
Press marshmallows on sticks.
Microwave the white chocolate at 30-second intervals. Melt gradually, stirring in between until it forms a smooth mixture.
Hold the marshmallow sticks and dip them into the white chocolate. Tap the stick, removing excess white chocolate.
Coat with sprinkles of your choice.
Let cool for at least 30 minutes till coating hardens up. Alternatively you can place the marshmallow pops in a mug and move to the fridge to speed up this process.
