Bread batter
In a food processor, add your bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Blend at low speed until all the ingredients have been well combined.
After that, add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda as well as the ground cinnamon and salt.

Proceed to pour the batter into your prepared bread loaf pan.
Bake
