- 3 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
Slice your sweet potatoes into fries.
Lightly coat your fries with corn starch. This will help to make your fries extra crispy!
Toss your fries in a bowl with oils and seasoning until well coated.
Place them on a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then toss the fries with a spatula to flip them. Bake another 10-15 minutes. Serve warm with ranch.
