  • 3 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional


  • Slice your sweet potatoes into fries.
  • Lightly coat your fries with corn starch. This will help to make your fries extra crispy!
  • Toss your fries in a bowl with oils and seasoning until well coated.
  • Place them on a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then toss the fries with a spatula to flip them. Bake another 10-15 minutes. Serve warm with ranch.
