Ingredients

  • 2 cans of corn 15.25 oz cans, drained
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 15 oz can black beans drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 cups Fritos chips
  • 1/2 cup Bacon bits

Salad Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine corn, peppers, and black beans.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Combine with the vegetables.
  • Mix in the bacon bits and cheddar cheese.
  • Chill at least an hour - longer is better.
  • Mix in Frito chips immediately before serving.
