Cucumber Tomato Salad
Cucumber and Tomato Salad is a simple, healthy salad made in minutes with just 8 ingredients! Fresh flavors and tangy dressing make this easy salad recipe a hit!
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cups cucumbers, sliced into quarters
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
In a large salad bowl combine the sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and basil.
In a small bowl combine the balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Pour over the vegetables and toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper
Sprinkle with feta cheese crumbles. Serve chilled.
