- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups oats
- 60 chocolate eggs
Combine the sugar, cocoa powder, milk and butter in a sauce pan over medium high heat.
Bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute and then remove from heat.
Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until completely combined.
Stir in the oats.
Scoop the cookies onto parchment or wax paper. Immediately, press 2-3 eggs into the center of each cookie.
Cool completely before serving.
