Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, brown sugar and salt together in a small bowl. Set aside.
Place the chicken patties & grape tomatoes on a small baking sheet. Brush both with olive oil mixture. Bake for 15 minutes, turning half way through.
Remove from oven. Top chicken patties with cheese and return to oven for 2-3 minutes, until melted.
Assemble sliders, placing the chicken on top of the bottom bun, then topping with 3-4 tomatoes and additional cheese, if desired. Place the top bun on the tomatoes and brush with olive oil. Repeat for remaining 3 sliders.
Bake an additional 4-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
