- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 1 cup Crispy Rice cereal
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini Candy Corns
- 3 TBSP Halloween sprinkles
Spray an 8x8 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
Combine butter, brown sugar and honey together in a medium sized bowl. Microwave on high for 1:30. Stir, then return back to the microwave for another 2 minutes.
Pour in oats, cereal and vanilla. Stir several minutes, until very well combined.
Add in half the candy corns and 2 TBSP sprinkles. Stir.
Transfer mixture to prepared pan. Press down with spatula or your hands as well as you can, so that mixture is condensed and even.
Spread remaining candy corns and sprinkles over the top of the bars. Press them down into the granola bars firmly.
Transfer to fridge to cool for about 1 hour.
Using a knife, lift one corner of the bars then place on a cutting board. Cut square in half, then cut each rectangle into 7 bars. Yields 14 bars total.
Enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container. I like to package each bar in a small snack bag so they're ready to go!
