Roasted Ranch Potatoes
Servings: 6 people
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing Powder Mix
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 Red Potatoes medium sized
- 2 cups Baby Carrots
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Combine the ranch dressing and oil in a gallon size Ziploc bag and mix well.
Chop the potatoes into 1 inch size and place inside the Ziploc bag. Add the carrots.
Mix well so that everything is well coated with the ranch mixture. You can also add any other vegetables you'd like.
Empty Ziploc bag into a roasting pan. Place in the oven for 45 minutes.
Stir the vegetables every 15 minutes to prevent sticking to the pan. After 45 minutes, take them out and let cool slightly. Enjoy!
