Double Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball Recipe
Double Chocolate Chip Cheese ball is just that.. double chocolate turned cheeseball! The rich chocolate batter combined with the tangy cream cheese then rolled in mini chocolate chips makes this a rich and delicious appetizer or dessert!

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
Using a stand mixer cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, milk and vanilla until thoroughly combined.
Mix in the flour, cocoa and salt until completely incorporated.
Add the room temperature cream cheese to the mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly combined and creamy.
Line a medium sized bowl with plastic wrap and transfer the cheeseball mixture to the lined bowl.
Use the plastic wrap to help shape the mixture into a ball.
Pour the mini chocolate chips into a bowl, place the cheeseball into the bowl and carefully roll the ball in the mini chocolate chips until completely covered.
Store cheeseball in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with Mini Nilla Wafers or graham crackers.
