Cinnamon Roll Cake
Cinnamon Roll Cake gives you all the classic cinnamon roll flavors with minimal work and time! Everyone loves the fluffy texture, cinnamon and sugar swirl top and the sweet vanilla glaze in this easy cinnamon roll cake recipe.

- 4 tbsp butter softened, divided
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon mixed
- 2 tbsp butter softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp milk
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Mix together 3 tbsp butter, sugar, egg, milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Melt the remaining 1 tbsp of butter in the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking pan. Pour the batter into the pan.
Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar on top of the batter, use a toothpick or fork to swirl the cinnamon and sugar into the batter.
Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Pull the cake out of the oven and make the vanilla glaze while the cake cools slightly.
Mix together all of the glaze ingredients until smooth. Pour over the cake and serve warm.
