Our Creamy Peach Pie is made with only 5 ingredients in only a few minutes! Peach Jell-O, vanilla ice cream and fresh peaches are combined into a delicious, refreshing dessert!

  • 1 3 oz pkg. peach Jell-O (I couldn't find the 3 oz size, so I used half of a 6 oz. box)
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 8 oz container of Cool Whip, thawed
  • 5 fresh peaches peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 graham cracker crust


  • In a large bowl, add boiling water to gelatin. Mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Add the vanilla ice cream and stir until melted. Add the Cool Whip and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the peaches and pour into the pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving. Slice, serve and enjoy!


(If you buy an extra large pie crust, you may use all of the filling, but if you use a regular sized one, you may have some extra filling left over. Sometimes I actually get 2 pies out of the filling if I don't fill the pie crusts up quite as much. Or you can make 1 really full pie and just keep the extra filling in the fridge to eat with a spoon!)
