Strawberry Fondue is a light and refreshing (and super easy!) dessert that your family and friends will love - plus your options for dippers are endless!

  • 23 oz container of frozen strawberries with sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp cold water

  • Place strawberries in a food processor or blender and mix until pureed.
  • Transfer to a saucepan.
  • Combine the cornstarch and water and then stir into the strawberry puree.
  • Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. ┬áStir in the cherry juice.
  • Enjoy! This fondue is wonderful warm, but I thought it was great when cooled also so either way works!

If you would like to dip everything in whipped cream also, here is a simple and delicious recipe for that:

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • Beat the ingredients with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Enjoy!
