TOFFEE APPLE DIP
Apple Dip made with cream cheese, brown sugar and toffee bits! Perfect for any gathering or an after-school snack. Toffee Apple Dip is made in minutes and delicious.
- 1 8- oz brick cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup toffee bits
- 3 apples washed & sliced, then tossed with 2 tsp lemon juice
Mix together cream cheese and sugars. Add in vanilla extract and blend until smooth. Stir in toffee bits. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve with sliced apples.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Will keep for 10-14 days refrigerated, just stir prior to serving again.
