- 1 boneless pork roast about 2 lbs
- 16 oz. jar salsa 2 cups
- 1 cup brown sugar
Mix the salsa and brown sugar together.
Place the roast in a slow cooker and then pour the salsa/brown sugar mixture on top.
Cook on low for at least 7-8 hours or on high for about 4-5 hours. At this point, the roast should be tender enough that you can pull it all apart with a fork very easily. You can serve it immediately at this point, but if you have time, let it cook on low for another hour or two before serving.
Serve the pork however you choose - I usually use it to make salads and burritos, and sometimes we just eat it served over rice. Enjoy!
