In a blender, blend semi-sweet chocolate chips, sugar and 1/2 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs into a fine powder. Put the powder in a large mixing bowl and add butter, eggs and vanilla.
Mix until well combined and then add flour, baking powder and salt.
Crush 3/4 cups of Cadbury Mini Eggs into small pieces (I used a meat mallet!) and then fold the crushed candy pieces into the batter.
Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch pan and bake at 350 for 33-38 minutes.
Right before the brownies are done, place the remaining Cadbury Mini Eggs (about 1 cup) in a glass bowl with the milk chocolate chips. Melt in the microwave at 30-second intervals, mixing in between until the chocolate chips are completely melted. Use the back of the spoon to break down the Cadbury Mini Eggs. Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, spread the mixture on top of the brownies once they come out of the oven. You may also want to sprinkle a few more crushed candies on top. Enjoy!
