- 3.5 oz instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- 8 oz whipped topping or whipped cream- thawed
- 1 tsp lemon zest
In a medium size bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding dry mix, the vanilla yogurt, and milk until combined.
Then, add in the thawed whipped topping and fresh lemon zest with an electric mixer. Mix until nice and smooth.
After that, transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve along with fresh fruit or crackers. Enjoy!
