CHICKEN CLUB ROLL-UPS
These Chicken Club Roll-Ups are not only perfect for snacks or appetizers, they are super easy to make and full of flavor!
- 15 TortillaLand tortillas
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 6 slices bacon crumbled
- 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 1 small tomato diced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 diced avocado
Heat griddle to 400 degrees F. Once griddle is hot, cook each tortilla for 30 seconds on each side. Once you flip the tortilla, it will puff up and go golden brown in spots- this is perfect! Remove from heat and stack cooked tortillas to cool slightly.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Stir together all remaining ingredients. Measure 1/4 cup of chicken mixture per tortilla and roll tortilla up, enclosing the filling inside.
Line tortilla rolls up on a baking sheet closely together. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until filling is sizzling and tortillas are lightly browned.
Serve immediately, with a side of ranch dressing with buffalo chicken sauce or Sriracha mixed in, if desired.
