Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pineapple flavored sparkling water (12 oz cans)
  • 2 heaping cups frozen {ripe!} bananas
  • 2 TBSP honey or agave

Instructions

  • Slice ripe bananas about 1 1/2" thick. You want bananas that are ripe, but still hold their shape. (Ripe bananas are sweeter!)
  • Place bananas in a freezer bag and freeze for 2-3 hours, until solid.
  • Place frozen banana slices in a blender or food processor. Add in honey. Blend until smooth and creamy. (I found it was easier to pulse at first, then once it got creamier, I could blend it easier.)
  • Spoon banana whip into individual glasses until they're 1/3 to 1/2 full.
  • Top with Pineapple flavored sparkling water.
  • Stir gently several times. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a fun straw and ENJOY!
