BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Silk Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mixed fruit peaches, pineapples, etc
  • 1/2 cup Earthbound Farms Frozen Kale
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

TOPPINGS:

  • granola optional
  • fresh fruit optional

Instructions

  • Pour the milk into a blender first, then add the other ingredients. Blend until smooth and then pour into bowls.
  • Top with your favorite granola and/or fresh fruit. Enjoy!
