Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice frozen into a ice cube tray the night before
  • 1 banana
  • 6 oz yogurt (1 cup) any variety
  • 1 TBSP honey optional

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender.
  • Place the lid on and seal it closed.
  • Press the blend button and allow it to run for about 45 seconds or more until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour into serving glasses.
  • Serve immediately.
