  • 10 Tbsp butter softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces I used all 1 1/2 cups of the mini ones
  • 15-20 miniature Reese's Peanut Butter Cups cut in half

  • Grease a 9x13 pan and line with parchment paper. Lightly spray the parchment paper as well.
  • In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugars and peanut butter together with an electric mixer until well combined. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt until well combined. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until thick dough forms.
  • Fold in the Reese's pieces and miniature peanut butter cups and then press the dough into the prepared pan.
  • Bake at 350 for about 30-35 minutes. These cut beautifully when cooled, but they taste really good straight out of the oven too! Enjoy!
