Slice zucchini lengthwise in half. Then slice diagonal slits in the flesh of the zucchini. Melt the butter in a little dish. Add the other ingredients to the melted butter. When ready to grill your zucchini, put zucchini on the grill and brush part of the sauce on the cut flesh of the squash. Once it has cooked for several minutes flip over the zucchini. Brush the bottoms of the zucchini. Flip back over to finish cooking the zucchini and brush with remaining sauce.
