  • 2 lbs red & green grapes about 6 cups of grapes total
  • 1 8- oz block cream cheese softened
  • 1 5.3- oz cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar reduce to 1/4 cup if you use vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar

  • Wash grapes and set aside.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Whisk until creamy, or use a mixer like I did- it's super easy to mix everything and quickly get the lumps out.
  • Stir grapes into the cream cheese mixture. I transferred my salad to a prettier bowl at this point and layered the pecans/ brown sugar as I spooned the grape salad over. Add about 2 cups of grapes to a bowl, then sprinkle on some pecans and brown sugar. Add more grape salad, then top with more brown sugar/ pecans. Make sure you leave a little of both for the very top of the salad!
