RICH & CREAMY GRAPE SALAD

Red and Green Grape Salad tossed with a sweet cream cheese mixture then topped with brown sugar & chopped pecans. Decadent Creamy Grape Salad recipe perfect for special occasions!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs red & green grapes about 6 cups of grapes total
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 5 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar

Instructions

  • Wash grapes and set aside.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Make sure your cream cheese is pretty soft or it's difficult to get the mixture smooth.
  • Stir grapes into the cream cheese mixture. I transferred my salad to a prettier bowl at this point and layered the pecans/ brown sugar as I spooned the grape salad over. Add about 2 cups of grapes to a bowl, then sprinkle on some pecans and brown sugar. Add more grape salad, then top with more brown sugar/ pecans. Make sure you leave a little of both for the very top of the salad!
