EMERGEN-C® TROPICAL FREEZE

Ingredients

  • 4 packets of Emergen-C Tropical
  • 1 cup Dasani water
  • 4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups frozen sliced bananas
  • 1/4 cup Cream of Coconut
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to blender in the order listed above. Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes.
  • You can serve the Tropical Freeze soft, straight from the blender, or you can pour it into an airtight container and freeze for several hours. Scoop and serve with slices of orange or pineapple as garnish.
