EASY CHEDDAR RANCH FONDUE
All you need is a few basic ingredients to create this amazingly simple Cheddar Ranch Fondue. Everyone will love dipping their favorite breads, fruits and veggies!
Servings: 6 servings
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle flour in melted butter and stir constantly for about a minute.
Whisk milk into the flour mixture and constantly stir until mixture thickens and begins to boil. Lower heat to simmer, stir in ranch and cheese until smooth. If you want the consistency a little thicker, add more cheese. If you need to thin it a little bit, add a little more milk.
Serve warm with your choice of dippers (french bread, apples, celery, carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, ham).
