Press the wonton wrappers into a greased mini muffin pan.
Bake at 375° for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool for 2-3 minutes before transferring the wontons to an ungreased baking sheet.
In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey and drain.
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, cheese, ranch dressing, onions and olives.
Scoop the turkey mixture into the wonton cups. I used a cookie scoop for this and it worked perfectly!
Bake the stuffed wonton cups on a baking sheet for 5-6 minutes at 375°. Serve warm and enjoy!
