Easiest Deviled Eggs Ever

Ingredients

  • 12 hard boiled eggs store-bought (they come in packages of 2, so you'll need 6 packages)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp pickle juice or 1 tsp pickle relish
  • ¼ tsp onion salt
  • a few shakes of pepper
  • smoked paprika for sprinkling on top

Instructions

  • Egg yolk filling: Slice each egg in half length-wise and separate the yolks from the egg white halves. Place egg white halves on a plate and egg yolks in a small mixing bowl.
  • Use a fork to break up the egg yolks until they're fine crumbs. Don't skip this step!
  • Add in mayo, olive oil, mustard, pickle juice, onion salt, pepper and a few shakes of the smoked paprika. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
  • Assemble: Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out mounded portions of filling into the cavity of each egg white half.
  • Sprinkle with smoked paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
