HASH BROWN BREAKFAST PIZZA

Ingredients

HASH BROWN CRUST

  • 24 ounces frozen shredded hash browns thawed
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ½ tsp salt

BREAKFAST PIZZA TOPPINGS

  • 7 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • Other optional toppings chopped green pepper, sliced mushrooms, diced ham, chopped green onions, crumbled bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • In a large bowl, mix the egg, hash browns and salt together. Spread into a greased 14 inch pizza pan, packing it all together firmly with your fingers or the back of a spoon. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • While the crust is baking, prepare the eggs. Beat the eggs and milk together and scramble the eggs over medium heat in a skillet on the stove. Spread the scrambled eggs on top of the cooked hash brown crust. Add other desired toppings and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Bake the pizza for another 10 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Cut into pizza slices and serve while warm!
