- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup Ritz crackers crushed (about 12 crackers)
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 eggs beaten
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp steak sauce
Meatloaf Topping:
- ⅔ cup ketchup
- 1 ½ tsp dried mustard
- ½ cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all of the meatloaf ingredients together in a large bowl. Press the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
Mix the topping ingredients together and pour over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 60 minutes.
Slice and serve.
