Ingredients

  • 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 6 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • Break the unsweetened chocolate into smaller squares and place into a microwavable bowl. Melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each interval until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • In a large bowl, cream the powdered sugar and cream cheese together with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the vanilla and melted chocolate and mix until smooth. Stir in the milk until completely mixed in.
  • Press the fudge into an 8X8 pan that is lined with parchment paper. Chill for at least 1-2 hours. Lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares.
