Ingredients

  • 1 package 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  • Line an 8X8 pan or a half-sized cookie sheet with parchment paper or grease it with non-stick cooking spray. If you use the half-sized cookie sheet, the bark will be a little bit thinner.
  • In a large bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 45-second intervals, stirring in between each interval until the chocolate is smooth.
  • Add the peanut butter to the chocolate and stir until well combined.
  • Stir in the marshmallows.
  • Transfer the mixture to your prepared pan. Using a rubber scraper, make sure you can press the chocolate down slightly to make it all somewhat even.
  • Put in the fridge for about 20 minutes, until chocolate is set. Cut into pieces and keep them refrigerated until ready to serve.
