EASY CINNAMON DONUTS

Easy Cinnamon Donuts are a simple and delightful treat, made with only 4 ingredients! These air fryer cinnamon donuts are made with a can of biscuit dough, making this a great treat to whip up in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 8 ct refrigerator biscuit dough
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 TBSP butter melted

Instructions

  • Start by unwrapping the biscuits and place them all on a flat surface. Then, use a small cookie cutter, or any small cutter, to cut holes out of the centers of the biscuits and separate the holes from the rings. This creates the donut shape, you can also make donut holes with the cut out part if you'd like.
  • Proceed to place the donut rings into the air fryer and cook at 370 degrees F for about 4 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked through. Depending on how big your air fryer is, you might have to cook a couple at a time. Continue to repeat this process for the donut holes, these will take less time, check on them around the 2 minute mark.
  • Donut dipping: In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar until well mixed. Next, put the butter in a microwave safe bowl and heat until it is fully melted. Proceed to brush the melted butter on top of the cooked donuts to coat them fully.
  • Continue to dip the donuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture and cover them well. Repeat for all of the donuts and holes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
