Ingredients

  • 1 cup Apple Juice
  • 1 cup Spinach - frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Strawberries - frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries - frozen or fresh
  • 1 Pear - frozen or fresh

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender.
  • Secure the lid and press the blend button. Continue to blend the smoothie ingredients together until it looks well combined and there are no large chunks.
  • Divide and pour the smoothie into several popsicle molds and secure the sticks so they'll be easier to grip and serve when ready.
  • Allow adequate time for freezing. I recommend overnight, but it should be solid enough to serve in about 4 hours.
  • Gently remove the popsicles from the mold and serve. Enjoy!
