Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 TBSP Melted Butter
  • 2 lbs. Vanilla Almond Bark
  • 1 cup Crumbled Oreos
  • 4 whole Oreos (crumbled for topping)
  • ½ cup Cookies and Cream Melting Candies melted

Instructions

  • Prep: Start by putting the Oreo cookies into a ziplock bag and smash them into small pieces. You want small bites but not cookie dust; find a happy medium.
  • Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, set aside. Melt the butter in a small dish (in the microwave) and set it aside as well.
  • Chocolate Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, start by beating the cream cheese using a handheld electric mixer, until nice and smooth.
  • Melt the almond bark in a separate small bowl in the microwave, start with 30 seconds, then in 10 second intervals until smooth.
  • Then, add the melted vanilla almond bark, one cup of Oreo cookies, and melted butter to the cream cheese mixture. Mix together until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper. Using a spatula, smooth the fudge out evenly in the pan. Sprinkle the top with the remaining oreo cookie crumbs and press them down gently into the fudge.
  • Chill: Place the fudge into the fridge for at least one hour, until it has set and hardened.
  • In a small bowl, melt the candy melts in the microwave for 30 seconds, then 10 second intervals until completely melted and smooth.
  • Topping: Using a spoon, drizzle the melted cookies and cream candies over the top and allow to set and harden for a few minutes. When ready to serve, cut into squares and enjoy!
