Ingredients

  • 8 oz package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup peanuts

Instructions

  • Prepare dip: In a bowl of a stand mixer (or use a medium bowl and hand-mixer), beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add in the brown sugar and powdered sugar, mix again until well combined. Add in the vanilla extract and salt, beat ingredients until mixed.
  • Chill: Transfer the dip to the serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 15 minutes to chill. When you are ready to serve, top with nuts and enjoy!
