Ingredients

  • 4 ½ cups cubed honeydew melon
  • 1 ½ cups lime sherbet
  • 2 TBSP lime juice
  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions

  • Prep: Start by cutting the melon into small 1" cubes. Place the cubed honeydew onto a baking sheet in a flat and even layer and cover with a piece of plastic wrap. Place them into the freezer to chill for about 30 minutes until firm.
  • Blend: In the blender, add the water, chilled melon, sherbet, and lime juice. Proceed to blend until the mixture is nice and smooth.
  • Serve: Divide the mixture between the chosen drinking glasses, add a fun straw if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

It is recommended to consume the Melon Lime Smoothie immediately after preparation. However, if there is any leftover smoothie, it can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 24 hours. Beyond 24 hours, the quality and taste of the smoothie may deteriorate, and it may not be safe to consume.
