Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 ounce fresh ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves minced

Instructions

  • Pat dry the chicken with paper towels and place it in the bottom of a Crock Pot.
  • Pour your olive oil, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle your spices evenly over the chicken.
  • Place the fresh ginger and the garlic over the spices.
  • Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or cook on HIGH for 2-4 hours.
  • Remove and serve over rice or pasta.
