- 15.25 oz spice cake mix
- 15 oz pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
Streusel
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 cup butter melted, 2 sticks
- 2 ½ cups flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, beat together cake mix and pumpkin. Batter will be thick, that is okay!! Spread the batter evenly in the dish.
Combine the streusel ingredients and let sit for 5 minutes.
Using your fingers pinch off half the streusel into pieces and drop all over the cake. Crumble the rest of the streusel and sprinkle all over.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool slightly and serve!!
