Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients (except chicken) together and then add the chicken and mix well to completely coat. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator. You can do this in a large bowl or in a Ziplock bag.
  • Grease a 9X13 pan and then pour all the ingredients into the pan. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temp at 165°).
