Ingredients

  • 8-10 chicken tenderloins
  • 4-5 cups of milk maybe a little more or less depending on how shallow of a dish you use
  • 1/4 cup butter cold
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp seasoned salt Season-All, Lawrys, etc
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Place chicken tenderloins in a shallow bowl or baking dish and cover completely with milk. Let soak for 20- 30 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix the salt, seasoned salt, pepper, flour and paprika.
  • Preheat oven to 400. Cut butter in small pieces and place in a 9X13 pan. Melt butter in the preheated oven and spread around to evenly coat the bottom of the pan.
  • Shake excess milk off chicken and completely coat each piece with the seasoning mix. (If the chicken doesn’t seem to be well coated, you can dip the breaded chicken back in the milk and then re-coat in the seasoning to get a double coat on there!)Place each piece of chicken in the pan. Cook for 20 minutes. Turn each piece of chicken over and cook for another 20 minutes. (Internal temperature of the chicken should be 165°.)
