Sandwich Skewers

Skewer Appetizers are such a fun and easy way to serve various types of foods. Putting your sandwich onto a skewer, you are able to pack a little bit of everything you like all onto the stick. Bread, lettuce, deli meat, cheese, veggies, you name it!

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sour dough or artisan bread cut into chunks or slices
  • 1 head leafy green lettuce roughly chopped
  • 10 oz deli ham sliced
  • 10 oz deli turkey sliced
  • 16 oz sharp cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • any other add in's you'd like
  • 20 skewers

Instructions

  • Prep all of the ingredients.
  • Add onto the skewer, bread, lettuce, deli meat, cheese, veggie, bread, lettuce, delli meat, cheese, veggie, lettuce and bread.
  • Repeat with remaining ingredients and skewers.
