ROASTED RANCH POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Powder Mix
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 medium sized Red Potatoes
  • 2 cups Baby Carrots

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine the ranch dressing and oil in a gallon size Ziploc bag and mix well. 
  • Chop the potatoes into 1 inch size and place inside the Ziploc bag. Add the carrots.
  • Mix well so that everything is well coated with the ranch mixture. You can also add any other vegetables you'd like.
  • Empty Ziploc bag into a roasting pan. Place in the oven for 45 minutes. 
  • Stir the vegetables every 15 minutes to prevent sticking to the pan. After 45 minutes, take them out and let cool slightly. Enjoy!!
