CREAMY PEACH PIE
Our Creamy Peach Pie is made with only 5 ingredients in only a few minutes! Peach Jell-O, vanilla ice cream and fresh peaches are combined into a delicious, refreshing dessert!
- 1 3 oz pkg. peach Jell-O (I couldn't find the 3 oz size, so I used half of a 6 oz. box)
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 8 oz container of Cool Whip, thawed
- 5 fresh peaches peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 graham cracker crust
In a large bowl, add boiling water to gelatin. Mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add the vanilla ice cream and stir until melted. Add the Cool Whip and mix until well combined.
Fold in the peaches and pour into the pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving. Slice, serve and enjoy!
