Ingredients

  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 32 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 24 oz frozen berries

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the dry pudding mix and the Greek yogurt, stirring until well combined. Then, fold in the Cool Whip and stir again to mix well.
  • Next, add in the berries and mix to combine all ingredients thoroughly. I set my frozen berries out for about 10 minutes before making the salad, but you can put them in frozen and they will thaw very quickly so you can serve thes alad right after mixing.
  • If you are not serving the salad immediately, store it in an airtight container, in the fridge. When you are ready to serve it, give the salad a quick stir and top with additional berries, if desired, for garnish. Serve and enjoy!
