To make white sauce: Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour. Once thickened immediately begin to add broth, a little at a time, whisking in between. Add in spices and milk, whisking to combine. Bring to a boil, then use in recipe as detailed below.
Boil noodles according to package directions. (Or use oven ready lasagna noodles- they're amazing!)
Combine cottage cheese, egg, parsley, onion powder and pepper. Stir to combine, then use in recipe as detailed below.
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish. Spread 1/2 the chicken on bottom, followed by 1/2 the ham and about 1/3 of the white sauce. Layer 4 lasagna noodles on top. Spread 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture over noodles. Top with slices of Swiss cheese.
Repeat the process- layer the rest of the chicken, ham and another 1/3 of the white sauce. Top with remaining lasagna noodles. Spread the rest of the cottage cheese mixture over the noodles, then top with slices of Provolone cheese.
Pour remaining white sauce on top, then finally, sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the entire lasagna.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes prior to serving.
